Automotive Therapy's Return Policy.

 

Refund Fees:

Orders processed through PayPal, Afterpay, ZIP and Credit/Debit cards will be less the fee's charged from the provider if inititated due to the customer ordering incorectly or mistakingly. Paypal, Afterpay, ZIP and Credit/Debit Card Merchants do not refund their fees... Customer is liable.

If a refund is intitatied due to an Automotive Therapy error no fee will be charged.

 

Contact Us For ETA: If you proceed with the purchase without contacting us prior and request a refund you will be charged the processing/payment fee (Paypal, Afterpay, Zip Pay etc) plus an additional $30 admin fee. Merchants do not refund their fees to us.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Any change of minds, refunds or cancellation requests from the customer will incur an addional $30.00 admin fee ontop of any merchant/payment processing fees.

 

What can be returned?

Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy.

Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

Special order items or overseas items will not be accepted, unless due to any errors on Automotive Therapy's part.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Customers have 7 days from the day they receive their order to contact Automotive Therapy.

 

The Part does not fit my vehicle?

Automotive Therapy tries to ensure the parts listed on this website are true and asigned to their correct vehicle for fitment. Automotive Therapy will not be responsible for the cost(s) of an in-correct fitting part. Please contact us prior to purchase if unsure and we will do our best to confirm fitment for you. Any refunds due to ill fitment without prior confirmation from us will be subject to the REFUND FEE terms shown above.


Where do items need to be returned to?
Once a request has been approved, returns are to be sent to 26 Islington Court, Dudley Park SA 5008.

 

How do customers return items?
All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice and product return form for the item(s) they wish to return.

Shipping for returns?
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customers. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been sent by Automotive Therapy and associated distribution partners Automotive Therapy will cover return shipping costs.

Credit for returns?
Customers will be credited through the original gateway purchase method less any fee's.

In store return option?
Customers are more than welcome to return items in person providing that the return has already been approved by Automotive Therapy.

Packing materials?
All returns must be in original package unless previously discussed. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee or may be returned to the customer.

 

Automotive Therapy cannot be held accountable for any additional costs involved outside the original purchase. This includes, but not limited to loss of income, additional transport costs, labour costs or any other costs directly or indirectly associated with the original purchase.
